Autographs
Where should I go to get autographs?
The only designated pre-game location where Cleveland Browns alumni provide autographs is in Brownstown, on the north side of the Stadium. Check with a Guest Service Booth staffer or in the Guest Service Room at section 102 to find out exact times and players for that given game day.
Banners and Signs
Are banners and signs permitted in the Stadium?
Yes. Banners and signs are permitted as long as they adhere to the following guidelines:
Are banners permitted to hang along the Field Wall?
Yes. Signs and banners that adhere to Stadium guidelines are permitted to be hung along the field wall. Management reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of Stadium policy or are deemed inappropriate.
Browns Backers / Kids Club Booth
Where is the Browns Backers/ Kids Club Booth?
The Browns Backers Booth is located across from Section 136 on the Main Concourse, near Brownstown.
“Browns Buddy” Lost Child Program
What is the “Browns Buddy” program and how can I sign my child up?
The “Browns Buddy” Lost Child program was designed for parents or guardians bringing children to the Stadium. In the event that parties become separated, identifying wristbands aid in the reuniting process. Browns Buddy wristbands are available at any Guest Services Location.
Cameras
Am I allowed to bring a camera to the Stadium?
Cameras and video cameras (camcorders) are allowed, but must not interfere with another fan’s enjoyment of the game. The images may not be used commercially, and video cameras may not be used to reproduce the game.
Club Seats
I have tickets for the game in the club, what does that include? (Is there free food and drink?)
Club tickets allow the bearer access to the climate-controlled Club Lounge section of the Stadium. A Club ticket does not enable the bearer to any complimentary food or beverage.

Concourse Concessions
Sportservice is the exclusive concessionaire in the Main Concourse, Upper Dawg pound, Upper West End Zone and in the 500 Level North and South. They offer a variety of food and beverage options at various permanent concession stand locations, portables, and through vending in the seating bowl. Designated Driver Program
Does FirstEnergy Stadium offer a Designated Driver Program?
Yes. The “Good Sport” Program, sponsored by Budweiser, is part of the Cleveland Browns commitment to public and fan safety. Fans can sign up to be a designated driver at any “Good Sport” portable, Guest Services location or Club Level concierge desk. Upon pledging to be a designated driver, fans will receive a coupon good for a free soda.
Diaper Bags
I have a young child/baby, what type of bag can I bring in to carry items for them?
Diaper Bags of any size can be brought into the Stadium, as long as there is an accompanying child. The items in the bag will be screened at the gate.
Elevators and Escalators
Are elevators or escalators available to take me to my seat?
Elevators - Elevators are reserved for suite ticket holders, properly credentialed staff/ guests, and guests with disabilities. They are located in the Club lobbies across from sections 102 and 115 on the South Side and across from Sections 131 and 136 on the North Side.
Club Escalators – Escalators in the Club Lobbies are reserved for Club seat and Suite ticket holders.
North Club Escalators – Across from sections 141 & 127
South Club Escalators – Across from Sections 102 & 115
Escalators can also access the Upper West End Zone, Upper Dawg Pound, 500 North and 500 South. These escalators are located near the Southwest and Northeast gate.
Family Zone
What is the Family Zone and where is it located?
The Cleveland Browns Family Zone is a ticketed seating area that stresses a family and kid-friendly environment. Located in the northwest corner of the 500 Level in Sections 541-543, the Family Zone offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the game in an alcohol-free environment. With visits from Chomps, our Cleveland Browns mascot, kid’s food options and special activities, the Family Zone is a great place for children. The Cleveland Browns Family Zone is presented by Subway®.

How can I report disruptive or inappropriate behavior in or around my seating area on Game Day?
If the behavior of a fan or fans around you becomes disruptive or violates the Fan Code of Conduct, the incident should be reported to the nearest Stadium representative. Food in the Stadium
Are Guests permitted to bring food into FirstEnergy Stadium?
Yes. Small food items and snack foods such as chips, pretzels, peanuts, popcorn, etc. for personal consumption are permitted as long as they are in clear plastic bags. Coolers, containers or drinks of any kind are prohibited.
Gates
When do the gates open?
The Main stadium gates open 2 hours prior to kick-off.
Lost and Found
How can I inquire about lost items following a Browns Game or event at FirstEnergy Stadium?
To inquire about a lost item on event day visit the main Guest Services room across from section 102. For inquiries following a game or event, contact the Lost and Found at 440.824.3362. Any items found on game day should be turned in to any Guest Services location.
Parking
Where is the best place to park?
The parking spaces closest to the stadium are on the Port Property, immediately north and west of the Stadium. Entrances are off of West 3rd Street and Erie side Avenue.
How much does it cost to park around the stadium?
There are several lots within walking distance to the Stadium with varying prices. Spots in the Port lots immediately north and west of the stadium are $25.
Are there handicap parking areas?
Yes, every lot open to the public is required to have ADA compliant parking spaces. The closest ones to the stadium are in the West 3rd Street Parking Lot and are available on a first come first served basis.

Smoking
Where am I permitted to smoke in the Stadium?
In compliance with Chapter 3794 of the Ohio Revised Code, smoking in FirstEnergy Stadium is prohibited, however, smoking areas at the following locations will be available to fans: Outside of Brownstown, outside of the Grille, and in designated areas outside of the main entry gates once gates clear.
Team Shop
Where is the Browns Team Shop Located?
The Browns Team Shop is located on the Main Concourse across from Section 112 and is the headquarters for your official Browns merchandise.
Is the Team Shop open on non-game days?
Yes. Team Shop hours are as follows:

Ticket Will-Call / Leaving tickets at Will-Call
I am meeting someone at game; can I drop their ticket off somewhere?
Yes, prior to entering the Stadium please go to the ticket will-call windows on the South Side of the Stadium (on Alfred Lerner Way) to drop off the tickets. The tickets will be placed in an envelope under the person’s last name at the will-call windows. The person claiming the tickets will need to show photo ID in order to pick them up.
I am supposed to pick up something at will call, where is that?
The Will-Call Windows are on the South (City) Side of the stadium on Alfred Lerner Way, next to the Grille and Team Store.
Tours of FirstEnergy Stadium
Can I take a tour of FirstEnergy Stadium?
Yes, tours of FirstEnergy Stadium are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am, noon or 2pm during the year.
Reservations and payment are REQUIRED for ALL tours and must be confirmed at least one week in advance. Tours are not conducted on holidays, the day before, the day after or the day of a game or event.

Wheelchair Assistance
I had a recent injury and may have difficulty getting to my seat. Are there any accommodations that can be made for me?
A wheelchair dispatch crew is available to assist you with getting to your section once you enter through the gates. Please see a gate supervisor upon your arrival and they will signal someone to assist you. Arrangements can also be made for pick-up at the conclusion of the game. Remember that post game wheelchair response may take a little longer due to heavy traffic out of the building and other scheduled pick-ups.
